2 ½ teaspoons mild curry paste such as Patak's
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove minced
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
pinch of cayenne pepper to taste
